About me
A few years ago, I found myself pausing long enough to ask what I actually wanted my next chapter to look like.
That search led me to life coaching, and nothing has ever felt so right, so fitting, so gratifying.
Arché Life Coaching was born.
Arché: In modern Greek the noun “arché” simply illustrates “a beginning.” — Merriam-Webster
But the seeds were planted long before that.
I was born in the US and at a very young age moved to Greece with my non-Greek parents, growing up on a small island before returning to the US as an adult. I was young when I first realized I lived in a world where two very different ways of seeing life coexisted, and not always harmoniously. That tension gave rise to questions that would follow me for decades:
Who am I? Where do I actually belong? How do I want to live, and where?
Those questions traveled with me as I lived and worked across half a dozen countries, navigating the cultures I carried and the ones I encountered along the way. I spent much of my life searching for balance, for answers, for an acceptance of all the parts of me that didn't always fit neatly together, usually without a support system, feeling the weight of that absence every time.
Some say a dual background is a blessing and/or a curse. I subscribe to the blessing theory. And it's precisely because I've walked that road, the disorientation, the longing to belong, the quiet work of building the whole self from more than one world that I founded Arché Life Coaching. I know how rough the waters can be. I know what it means to sail them alone. And I know how different it feels to finally have someone in the boat with you.
I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Certified Career Coach, a Positive Intelligence Certified Coach (CPQC) and a certified Life and Somatic Coach.
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me in nature with my camera, perpetually chasing bodies of water and reflections, capturing moments that keep me connected to my own source. I live in Sonoma, Northern California, coach globally, and spend as much time as possible traveling to my other home, Greece.

What people are saying…
“I came to you for career help. I didn't expect my entire life to transform. But that's what integration does, it ripples everywhere. I thought honoring my parents' sacrifices meant staying trapped. Now I realize it means making their sacrifices count by becoming fully myself." P.D.
